Joyful Wishes Smoke Bundle (Smudge Stick)

Smoke bundles have been used to clear and protect spaces by traditional cultures throughout the world. I created the Joyful Wishes bundle with plants that help us clear negativity, cultivate joy, and carry our wishes to spirit.

These wildcrafted bundles are ethically and sustainably made with high altitude Rocky Mountain plants. I only use plants that I have developed a relationship with over the years, and I gather and make these bundles in sacred ceremony. On a personal note, I feel that the health of the forest always comes first, so I only take what is offered and do healing ceremonies for the land in return.

To Use: Light one of the bundle, holding over a fireproof dish such as a ceramic bowl or large shell. Circle the bundle around the person, object, or area you wish to cleanse. Allow the smoke to carry your wishes to spirit. When finished, extinguish the smoldering end under running water, and continue to check to ensure that no sparks remain.

Bundles measure 7-8” in length.
