Muladhara Anointing Oil

This ceremonial grade oil is offered to help heal, activate, and balance the root chakra.

Drawing from decades as a natural perfumer and spiritual wisdom-keeper, I’ve intentionally selected a potent array of rare and divine plant essences for this sacred blend—Haitian vetiver, fossilized amber, buddha wood, black spruce, and more.

Muladhara, or the root chakra, is the first of our in-body chakras, lying at the base of the spine, and its color is red.

A healthy root chakra keeps us grounded and secure, providing the foundation from which the rest of our lives unfold. With a healthy root chakra, we can sink into a sense of trust in life—we know that our physical needs will be met and our life has purpose.

The Muladhara synergy I’ve created is filled with oils with an affinity for balancing this chakra. Grounding essences tend our frazzled nervous systems, roots connect us to the earth, red essences balance the energy center, and fossilized amber connect us to the ancestors from which we’re born.

Oils in this blend include: atlas cedarwood, red mandarin, patchouli, peru balsam, black spruce, rose, oakmoss, vetiver, myrrh, nagarmotha, buddha wood, and fossilized amber extract in jojoba.

To Use:

For use in ritual, meditation, and daily fragrance:

• Apply a few drops in your palms. Rub them together and inhale deeply before meditation.

• Wear as a daily fragrance when you need extra grounding.

• Anoint yourself (third eye, root, and temples are all possibilities) for ceremonies to activate and balance root chakra energy. Works well in synergy with other chakra oils for harmonizing.

Anointing oils come in 1 dram glass bottles with applicator wands. Best used within 1 year of purchase, and will remain good for up to 3 years when stored in a cool, dark location.
