Mountain bluebells, with blue and violet-tinged blossoms, are towering lush plants found alongside high altitude streams. Medicinally, the leaves of this plant ally act similarly to comfrey, but much milder in their effects. I made this essence on summer solstice, high in mountains near a sacred stream. It’s a potent one.
As an essence, mountain bluebells mends the heart, providing safety after past hurt, fear, and loneliness has caused us to emotionally close down. No longer do we need to feel possessive or greedy for love and attention, for our hearts are full and open to the endless flow of universal goodness.
