The Pacific Ocean is a wild and wonderful body of water, home to countless creatures and playing a central role in the health of our entire planet. Her depths seem endless, with areas still untouched by humanity.
I created this essence during a trip to Oregon’s wild coastline. My mother and I waded into the water together, holding a bowl of spring water in our hands. With our feet and ankles in the icy waters, we asked the spirit of the ocean if she would be willing to share her medicine with us.
The reply was astonishing. We both felt a wild, potent, energy come up through our feet, through our bodies, and into the bowl.
The ocean is committed to humanity’s healing and evolution, and she blesses us with gifts of inner strength in this essence. Unafraid, capable, and loving, this ocean essence holds us as we face and integrate our own strongest emotions.

To Use: To fully receive the gifts of each essence, take 4 drops, 4 times a day until your dosage bottle is empty or your intuition tells you it’s time to stop.
Flower essences may be taken straight on the tongue, or in water or another beverage. You can also add flower essences to mists and baths.
Avoiding alcohol? I can make any essence in a blend of spring water and apple cider vinegar instead of organic grape alcohol upon request. Simply contact me directly with your requests.
